Cancellation Policy
Before September 12, 2008 :

Please send written notice of cancellation to melissa.trosterman@nielsen.com. You will receive a refund minus $100 administrative fee.

After September 12, 2008 :

Refunds will no longer be made, but you may send a substitution in your place. Please e-mail melissa.trosterman@nielsen.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number, E-mail.

Alternatively, you may choose to apply payment to a future event within one year from event date. Please e-mail melissa.trosterman@nielsen.com with your name, company and reason for cancellation.
