What does the registration fee include?
Your registration entitles you to a full day of conference sessions (panels and keynotes), continental breakfast, lunch, cocktail reception and plenty of networking.
Can I pay by check?
If you must pay with a check, please download this form and mail to specified address with your check.
Will I receive materials in the mail before the conference?
We do not mail materials to conference attendees. Please report to the registration table on the day of the conference to pick up your name badge. You must display this badge prominently to gain access to all conference activities.

If you registered online, please bring a copy of your confirmation page to the event. If you do not have a copy of your confirmation page, and we do not have your information in our database, you will need to complete an on-site registration form and will be liable for on-site registration fees.
What if I need to cancel?
Up to September 12, 2008

Please send written notice of cancellation to Melissa Trosterman at Melissa.trosterman@nielsen.com. You will receive a refund minus $100 administrative fee.

After September 12, 2008

Refunds will no longer be made, but you may send a substitution in your place. Please e-mail Melissa Trosterman at Melissa.trosterman@nielsen.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number, E-mail.
